Hiroki FURUKAWA has received Master of Engineering from the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Japan.

He engaged in science and technology administration and higher education administration at  Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan, moreover, he was also in charge of formulating “the 3rd Science and Technology Basic Plan” of Japanese Government at Cabinet Office, Japan. After his leaving MEXT, he participated in various projects related to Vietnam from 2008.

Taking advantage of his experience in international collaboration and administration, he has served as a Specially Appointed Associate Professor at UEC for international strategy and international internship, a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at an agricultural technology consulting company (JUTAS: Japan Unique Technology for Agricultural Services), a Registered Information Security Specialist and an Immigration Lawyer.
