INTRODUCTION

Mr. Robert Potter is the Regional Head of Cyber Operations at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. In this role he is responsible for the development and implementation of advanced security resilience programmes. Robert has been involved in extensive cyber incident response activities. He is also a PhD Candidate at the University of Queensland and a regular contributor to publications on cyber security and the security of Northeast Asia.

Prior to working at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence he was a Security Consulting Manager at Accenture. Robert has undergraduate and graduate training in international security and political science. He has previously been a Visiting Scholar at the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies Columbia University, a participant in the SWAMOS program at Cornell University and was a research assistant to Kevin Rudd at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
