Shotaro Nagino is a Visiting Researcher at the Center for Rule-making Strategies, Tama University, and a Manager at EY Strategy and Consulting.
He graduated from Waseda University with a BA in Political Economy, during which time he completed two terms at SciencesPo, Paris. After working with an American consulting firm, he went on to complete his MPhil in International Relations and Politics at the University of Cambridge, before assuming his current position.
Shotaro leads economic security at EY Strategy and Consulting, where he engages with the global business and academic communities on topics including economic security research and assessment, strategy formulation, organizational design and reform.
