Graduated from Keio University and completed the Graduate School of Social Sciences at Yokohama National University (J.D.). After working as a public secretary for a member of the House of Representatives and a secretary in charge of policy, he was involved in public affairs at a global company. During his time as a secretary, he worked as a secretariat for a parliamentary federation, including policy planning and coordination for the realization of a hydrogen society.
He has been involved in many legislative revisions and the enactment of new laws, and has experience at the forefront of the process of harmonizing the opinions and requests of a wide range of stakeholders and putting them into law. He also has in-depth knowledge of processes such as budgeting and tax reform, and has a wide range of methodologies for solving practical problems.
