Kei Yokoyama

With extensive administrative experience and numerous achievements, Kei Yokoyama provides consulting across various fields, including facilitating relationships between startups and the public sector, as well as conducting policy analysis and formulating policy proposals.
Before joining Makaira, he spent 11 years in the public sector (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Okayama Prefectural Government, and Mie Prefectural Government). During this time, he primarily focused on the “Social Security and Tax Number (My Number) System,” local tax policy, and digital transformation policy. His most recent position was Vice CDO (Chief Digital Officer) at the Mie Prefectural Government
.He also serves as the Secretary General of the Robot Delivery Association, an industry group for autonomous delivery robots.
He graduated from the University of Tokyo with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s degree in Regional and Urban Strategy.
