Saki KIKUCHI is a Visiting Researcher at the Center for Rule-making Strategies, Tama University, and a Manager at EY Strategy and Consulting.
She graduated from Keio University with a BA in Applied History. After working for the U.S. financial institution, she completed her master’s degrees in international security policy at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Public Policy and Columbia University School of International Public Affairs. Her research expertise includes: nuclear deterrence; U.S.-China relations; state-sponsored disinformation activities; and cognitive warfare.
Saki works as an expert in the field of international security at EY Strategy and Consulting, where she engages with the global business and academic communities on topics including economic security research and assessment, strategy formulation, and international crisis scenario planning.
