Tadaaki joined Owls Consulting Group in 2023 after working at a Japanese general trading company (belonging to mineral resources division), Roland Berger, Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, Accenture, and a Japanese telecommunication equipment manufacture.
He graduated from Wseda University School of law and Hitotsubashi University graduated school of International and Public Policy, Global Governance Course.
In his current position, he is engaged in rule-making strategy planning and new market creation projects for both the government and the private companies.
