INTRODUCTION

Koichiro TOKUOKA has received his degree in International Relations from the University of Tokyo. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Oxford University. He has worked with the Human Resources department at Nissan Motor Company and Nissan Europe. He has been with the Fleishman-Hillard Japan, the world’s leading communication consulting firm, as SVP and Partner since 2009.

His research focus is on human resources management, reformation of organizational cultures, company’s internal communication, reputational management, and leadership development.
